When, where and how consumers plan to holiday shop



Fluent’s Holiday Shopping Survey reveals 29% of consumers plan to do holiday shopping in November, while 18% will leave it until December, and 33% of online shoppers intend to use both mobile and desktop. Generation Z is the age demographic most likely to use desktop for holiday shopping, and also the most likely to shop via Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, while Facebook and YouTube are the top social channels overall for holiday shopping.
