Transparency, data top reasons for moving media in-house

Sixty-four percent of US marketing leaders expect to bring media capabilities in-house over time, with transparency and having control of consumer data being the top reasons, according to a Forrester Consulting survey commissioned by Interpublic Group’s Acxiom agency. The survey found that most marketers prefer to manage media like social, search and programmatic advertising, they will tend to rely on outside agencies for media like out-of-home, traditional TV and radio.
