P&G exec on how industry can accelerate DEI mission



Brands will improve their outreach to people of color by conducting “fishbowl conversations” with employees from under-represented groups both inside and outside of the company and realizing “multicultural marketing is mainstream marketing,” said Marc Pritchard, Procter & Gamble’s chief brand officer. Pritchard added that progress with diversity, equity and inclusion within the industry is hampered by “deeply embedded systemic issues that need to be broken down.”
