$85 million: How much Tilray Brands is reportedly paying to acquire eight brands from Anheuser-Busch InBev: Shock Top, Breckenridge Brewery, Blue Point Brewing Company, 10 Barrel Brewing Company, Redhook Brewery, Widmer Brothers Brewing, Square Mile Cider Company and HiBall Energy. It marks a further diversification into alcohol for Tilray, which owns several cannabis brands.

Headspace promoted Christine Hsu Evans to president from chief marketing and strategy officer. The mental wellness app also promoted Connie Chan Wang to senior VP of marketing from VP of enterprise marketing.
Rite Aid appointed Jeanniey Walden as senior VP and chief marketing officer. She had been working as interim CMO since March.
